Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in providing our customers with the best tool for taking control of bedbugs. Should you have any concerns, call us and we will be happy to give you free consultation. The GoodKnight may not solve all bedbug infestations in certain situations (described here). However, if you are not satisfied with the GoodKnight, we will refund 100% (not including shipping charges or installation costs if any) upon return of the GoodKnight. The term of the GoodKnight Satisfaction Guarantee is 15 days from the date of receipt of the GoodKnight. This GoodKnight Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to GoodKnight products acquired by you from GoodKnight or GoodKnight resellers/dealers. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging for full refund. This GoodKnight Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to products damaged or destroyed due to reasons beyond GoodKnight control or responsibility or damaged or destroyed by the Customer, its employees or agents.

60 Day Manufacturer’s Warranty

We will replace any GoodKnight parts with manufacturing defects reported within 60 days of receipt of the GoodKnight. Simply send us picture proof of the defect, and we will send a new part as soon as possible. Some parts may need to be returned by mail for a replacement.
